At this time, we are unable to offer returns and exchanges. Once your order has been shipped, sales become final. We work with many small batch botanical makers, which means that we do not stock products in high quantity so that you are getting the most of your purchase and longevity from your product. Unfortunately, this does not allow us to offer returns at this time. If you have purchased skincare or makeup products, we do recommend that you give them a trial period of up to three weeks, especially if you are transitioning to nontoxic beauty. This will allow your skin to detox and then assess whether or not the product is working for you. We also offer color matching services through our online chat in hopes to better assist you with makeup purchases.
