At this time, we are unable to offer returns and exchanges. Once your order has been shipped, sales become final. We work with many small batch botanical makers, which means that we do not stock products in high quantity so that you are getting the most of your purchase and longevity from your product. Unfortunately, this does not allow us to offer returns at this time. If you have purchased skincare or makeup products, we do recommend that you give them a trial period of up to three weeks, especially if you are transitioning to plant-based beauty. This will allow your skin to detox and then assess whether or not the product is working for you. We also offer color matching services through our online chat in hopes to better assist you with makeup purchases.
For lifestyle, clothing, and home products, orders may be returned for store credit only. We are unable to offer refunds on this merchandise. The merchandise must be in its original condition with the original packaging. Items that have been worn are not eligible for exchange. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Exchanges must be initiated within three (3) business days of receiving the merchandise. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Be sure to package exchanges in their original packaging. Items damaged from improper packaging will not be accepted. Once your package has been received, your store credit will be processed within 3 business days.
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or incorrect, you must notify us via email within three (3) business days of receiving the merchandise. A replacement will be sent, if available, upon request. Items damaged due to buyers’ negligence will not be accepted.
