Returns & Exchanges

At this time, we are unable to offer returns and exchanges on any beauty or wellness products. 
Once your order has been placed, sales become final.
Because we ship so quickly, we cannot cancel or modify already placed orders at all. Please do not checkout unless you are sure you are ready to order. 
We small batch produce, and work with many small batch botanical makers, which means that we do not stock products in high quantity so that you are getting the most of your purchase and longevity from your product. Unfortunately, this does not allow us to offer returns on beauty products at this time.
If you have purchased skincare products, we do recommend that you give them a trial period of up to three weeks, especially if you are transitioning to plant-based formulas. This will allow your skin to adjust and then assess whether or not the product is working for you. 
All items purchased on sale are final sale
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Exchanges must be initiated within three (3) business days of receiving the merchandise.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Be sure to package exchanges in their original packaging. Items damaged from improper packaging will not be accepted. Once your package has been received and inspected, your store credit will be processed within 3 business days.
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or incorrect, you must notify us via email within three (3) business days of receiving the merchandise. A replacement will be sent, if available, upon request. Items damaged due to buyers’ negligence will not be accepted.
